The Amy May Yam Fund has been created to help further her diagnoses in the hope that a cure can be found elsewhere in the world. Funds raised will also be used to financially support Amy and her family, both in her physical and mental wellbeing.

One of Amy’s hopes is also to help fund research into serious gut conditions such as hers. The consultants who looked after Amy at GOSH are the country’s leading research experts, so a donation annually will be made to the GOSH Gastro research team
